Research 5/8

Evaluation

Starts from the beginning of the project
  • Getting feedback
  • Addressing issues
  • What went wrong
  • To improve
  • Find out what people liked and what they didn't
  • Accountability to stakeholders
  • Catch problems early
  • Track records for future years (helps with trust and people have evidence of what you are like)
  • Sharing ideas and methods
  • Reference material
  • Measures success

Surveys

Who
  • Entrants
  • Audience
  • Past organisers
  • Sponsors
  • Fashion Students
  • Committee members
Surveys are one-way communication, conversations create dialogue and create more opportunity for feedback.

Set up guided conversations for feedback with open ended questions to encourage talking. Will need an alternative method for audience on the night, maybe a visitors book?

Provide an incentive to complete surveys.
