French New Wave (Nouvelle Vague)
Makes me think of hippies for some reason.
Almost like current day with cellphones enabling everyone to be a photographer, producing high quality photos with "cheap" equipment.
I would consider this "amateur" style almost, makes me wonder how much extra time filming took due to the lack of rehearsals and studio space.
Very well spoken, although seems rather eccentric with her inspirations.
Spent a lot of time making movies based on his own life, using the same actor for 20yrs to play his character. Endless supply of inspiration I suppose. Had a rather rough childhood, so its good that he turned out the way he did.
Too be honest, this film stuff still hasnt really piqued my interest. Im sure some aspect might come in handy, but its definitely hard to stay motivated/understand the topics.
